- All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds due to sizing, color, personal preference, or change of mind.

- Once an order has been processed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
- In the event you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- For claims regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect items, it is mandatory to provide a continuous, unedited video (one single recording, without pauses or cuts) starting from when the package is fully sealed/closed until it is opened and the issue is shown. Claims without this video evidence will not be considered.
- Items will only be evaluated for replacement if they have a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.
- For hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, intimate apparel, and sale/final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
