- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email provided at checkout.
- Delivery times may vary depending on location and the postal service, therefore we do not guarantee exact delivery dates.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but not received, the customer must contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or held packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Shipping rates are $9.75 for the U.S. and $10.00 for Puerto Rico, and are automatically calculated at checkout.
- We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico.
